On Friday, May 3rd, the 3rd grade class had the chance to learn about the weather from Boston's favorite metereologists at Gilette Stadium's Weather Education Day. The New England Revolution joined the WBZ Weather Team, including Chief Meteorologist Eric Fisher, Jason Mikell, Jacob Wycoff and Lexie O'Connor. The WBZ team did an exothermic reaction experiment, demonstrated how big our galaxy is using the football field and answered questions about space and gravity. To cap off the festivities, our own Sra. Garza went on the field for a pentalty shot against former Revolutions goalie Brad Knighton! Thank you to Brookline Bank and East Cambridge Savings Bank for their donations for this field trip!
